Frequently Asked Questions
What clients ask most often.
WordPress is often a ready-made template with tons of plugins, which can result in slower loading, frequent updates, conflicting plugins, and hidden costs. We write custom code tailored to your business (React, Next.js). There are fewer 'moving parts', so your site will be faster, and the price is predictable and fixed. The package includes a mobile-friendly layout, Google-friendly structure, a contact form, visitor tracking (Analytics), as well as the basics for an impressum, privacy policy, and cookie banner.
It depends on the chosen package: Simple (1 page) takes 24 hours, Medium (5 pages) 48 hours, and Large (10 pages) 72 hours. This deadline starts ticking once we have received all necessary materials (final texts, images), clarified the task, and the payment has arrived. This guarantees we won't fall behind.
Our prices are net prices and represent a one-time fee for building the website. The quality is the same across all packages; the price difference simply reflects the number of pages and the development time. At the end of the work, you will always receive the full source code. Regarding hosting, you have two options: you handle the domain and hosting (so there is no monthly fee to us), or you entrust us with the hosting service for a $19/month + VAT fee. The packages do not include the domain name, company e-mail address, or Google Business Profile setup. For an additional fee, you can request copywriting, stock photos, API or AI integration, automation, and webshop features – but we discuss everything in advance, so there are no surprise bills.
We build your website so that Google can easily understand it: we use search-friendly titles, descriptions, and clean code structure. This helps a lot in being found when someone searches for your company name or service. A Google Business Profile (when you appear on the map and in local search results) is a separate service. If you primarily expect local clients (e.g., restaurant, hair salon, mechanic), it's worth requesting this setup separately.
By default, no. We focus on building the website and (if requested) hosting it. Company email is usually best set up at your domain registrar or a dedicated email provider (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). If you get stuck, we are happy to help you get started, but the setup is not part of the fixed web development fee.
When everything is ready to start: we have received the final texts, images, and logo (unless you requested copywriting), we have agreed on the delivery method (code only or hosting as well), finalized the package, and the payment has arrived. If we host it, you will also need a domain – we will help with registration and handle the connection. The 24, 48, or 72-hour deadline only starts after this, so we can keep the pace.
For fast delivery, we need the final materials. If these are not ready yet, you can request copywriting from us, or we can have a preparation phase while we put everything together. The sooner we have all the content, the more certain it is that we can meet the lightning-fast deadlines.
During maintenance, we perform the necessary updates and security patches so your site always stays fast and secure. This is not part of the base packages, but after the site is delivered, you can request monthly or ad-hoc maintenance from us.
If you only request the source code, you also handle the domain when launching the site (of course, we help if you have questions). If you request hosting from us, we still register the domain under your name (we will guide you through this), and we connect the website to it. You pay the annual domain fee directly to the registrar.
Yes, in every case. Upon delivery, you receive the full code in a zip file. The only difference is in hosting: if you handle the hosting, you have no monthly costs toward us. If you entrust us with hosting, we provide it for a $19/month + VAT fee, but you still get the code.
For a $19/month + VAT fee, we handle everything in the background. The domain name remains your property, and we provide the technical setup and run the site.
Minor content updates (e.g., replacing a text or image) are done by us as an ad-hoc assignment or as part of a maintenance package. Larger transformations or new features are discussed separately. It is important that we do not build a separate admin interface (like in WordPress), so code-level modifications require developer knowledge.
Yes, but these are not part of the base packages. External systems (e.g., CRM, booking system, payment gateway), AI solutions (e.g., chatbots), and automations (e.g., connecting forms to other systems) all require custom development. We discuss these in advance and provide a custom price for them.
Our base website packages do not include webshop features. If you want a web store, Stripe payment, or invoicing software integration, we offer that as a separate service. We discuss this in advance as well so we can provide an exact price and deadline.
Our packages come with fixed content and features; they do not include unlimited development opportunities. Before delivery, there is an opportunity for minor refinements (e.g., swapping texts or images within the agreed scope). If you want new subpages, features, or a complete design change later, we will provide a separate quote.
Work starts after the payment is received (via bank transfer). Naturally, we issue an invoice (prices on the site are net prices, VAT will be indicated on the invoice). If you request a quote, you can select which package you are interested in on the contact form.
